By accessing or purchasing from Tuyil (tuyil.in), operated by Tuyil Wellness, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final for that transaction.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For COD orders, a nominal handling fee may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty

All Tuyil products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the foam core and bamboo cover. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. To raise a warranty claim, visit our Warranty Claim page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Tuyil Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tuyil Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
