Return Window

15 days from the date of delivery for orders placed on tuyil.in.

Eligibility for Return

Returned within 15 days of delivery
Unused and in original condition
Bamboo cover unwashed
Original packaging intact or repackaged securely
Proof of purchase included (order number or invoice)

Non-Returnable Conditions

Pillows used for more than 1–2 nights beyond the assessment period
Covers that have been washed
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@tuyil.in with:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photographs if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and pickup details.

Refund Timeline

UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
Wallets: 1–3 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Warranty Claims

The Tuyil Bamboo Cool-Gel Cervical Pillow is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To raise a warranty claim, visit our Warranty page or email hello@tuyil.in.
