Every Tuyil Bamboo Cool-Gel Cervical Pillow is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is Covered
- Foam deformation or permanent compression loss under normal use
- Zipper failure on the bamboo cover
- Cover stitching defects
- Any manufacturing defect that impairs the intended function of the pillow
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper care (tumble drying, bleaching, high-heat washing)
- Stains, odours, or discolouration from use
- Damage from misuse, accident, or modification
- Pillows purchased from unauthorised sellers

Resolution
Valid warranty claims will be resolved by replacement of the defective component or the full pillow, at our discretion. Replacements are shipped at no charge.
