We want your Tuyil pillow to reach you in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999: ₹99 flat shipping charge.

Packaging

Your pillow arrives semi-rolled in a Tuyil branded corrugated box. Allow 24–48 hours after unboxing for the pillow to fully expand. This is normal — the pillow has been gently compressed for transit and will return to its full cervical contour shape.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@tuyil.in with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
